Deeply immersed into Villa Montesca Park among ancient trees, the campsite has a
swimming pool, recreational equipment and appropriate spaces to do sports and open
air activities such as: trekking, mountain-biking, canoeing, horse-riding excursions.
The campsite has a bar and a pizzeria restaurant where you can taste local typical
cuisine based on mushrooms and truffles.
Città di Castello (400 metres s.l.), the most important town in Upper Tiber Valley, is
full of art works and beautiful museums where Raffaello’s, Signorelli’s and Alberto
Burri’s works are conserved.
The Montesca campsite is situated at the border between Umbria and Tuscany so that it is
easy to reach famous art cities such as Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Florence, Perugia, Todi, Assisi,
Rome, and it is an ideal point to start on religious, museum, naturalistic routes in Central Italy.
